Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons on AMC's period dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show received wide acclaim from critics and was nominated for six Emmy awards in the category of best supporting actress. In the course of her professional career, she was recognized for her performance in the comedy dramatic Another Period, a crime thriller dubbed Tin Star. As a film actress, she has been noted as the voice of Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers: prey at night Egg and American Woman. Additionally, she's been the voice of animations such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Her career began in modeling and continued throughout her career until she made her debut as a TV actor with Undressed the 1999 television show. The first major role she played was in the drama comedy series Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised for her role in the hit show Firefly. In 2010, she was named as the most sexy woman in the world and the most attractive woman on the planet in America by Esquire magazine.
